Moflete is a burger joint in Valencia and Cuenca born from the friendship of three friends and partners: Jorge aka Joe Burger Challenge, Rubén, and David.
The goal is clear — to take burgers to the next level by using the best recipes and prioritizing top-quality ingredients.
This philosophy is reflected in Moflete’s menu, which features recipes and ingredients inspired by some of Spain’s leading burger experts — true references for Joe Burger.

The burger restaurant is located in an unbeatable area — in Cuenca, near the University of Castilla-La Mancha, and in Valencia in Campanar, next to Decathlon and Cines Yelmo.
It features a very personal and original decor. The walls of Moflete are covered in graffiti thanks to the art of @mawearte and @pauceda_, showcasing references like the band Marea, the series Breaking Bad, or the movie Scream.
It also has a recording zone (“the cage”) where any influencer can come to create content and even take on crazy food challenges — one of the attractions inspired by Joe’s trips to the United States.
