Moflete is a burger joint in Valencia and Cuenca that emerges from the friendship of three friends and partners: Jorge, also known as Joe Burger Challenge, Rubén, and David. The goal is clear: to take burgers to another level by using the best recipes and high quality ingredients. All this is reflected in Moflete's menu, which includes references to some highlighted burger experts in Spain, which are an inspiration for Joe Burger.
The burger restaurant is located in an unbeatable area, in Cuenca, near the University of Castilla la Mancha, and in Valencia in Campanar, next to Decathlon and Yelmo Cinemas. It boasts a very personal and original decoration. The walls of Moflete are filled with graffiti thanks to the art of @mawearte and @paucda_, where we can recognize references to the band Marea, the series Breaking Bad or the movie Scream. Additionally, it has an area for recording (the cage) where any influencer can come to create content and even take on the craziest food challenges, one of the attractions inherited from Joe's trips to the United States.

His passion for food led him to participate in competitions in the United States, where he discovered the potential of this world. Inspired by television programs, he started recording food challenge videos, bringing gastronomy in a very unique way to hundreds of thousands of people. His content became popular, earning him a reputation as a foodie. Over time, he monetized his hobby and professionalized, generating income for himself and the restaurants. Joe emphasizes that you can enjoy burgers and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
He currently has a large amount of followers on YouTube and Instagram. With his experience, he is considered by many as the foremost expert on burgers in Spain.

We've tried 4 different burgers, and each one is better than the last. The dessert is incredible; the cheesecake is a 10, but the French toast is on another level, it's tear-inducing. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back soon.
The quality of the meat is evident
The place is very nice, the burgers are delicious, you can feel the quality of the meat, and the bread is spectacular. I loved the chicken wings. The dessert is a challenge, but once you start, you don't leave anything; I ordered cheesecake.

The staff was very friendly since the moment we arrived; both the nachos and the fries were delicious. The burgers undoubtedly are made of high quality meat. The sweet potatoes surprised me since I had never ordered them before, and I loved them.

The place is cozy and well-decorated. Just enjoying the graffiti on its walls is worth a visit. But the important thing is the food. Good starters and even better burgers. Top-notch ingredients, well-prepared, and generous portions.
